trouble updating 700p software on my pc - Treo Forum

when the new updated software finally was released ,I followed all the directions and couldn't get my pc to update--anyone have that problem?I have windows xp and am fairly savy about my pc,so,my palm remains w/original software unable to upgrade-help

Can anyone tell me how to synch my 700p with my laptop( vista)?

Welcome to Treonauts, MRW!!! You may need to give us more information for us to help you. Theoretically, you should be able to sync to your laptop just like you would a PC. Presuming you have USB ports, you could just sync with the sync cable, provided you have installed the appropriate Palm Desktop to your laptop. Beyond that, we'll need more information as to what your specific difficulties are.
