New member -- problem with pictures

Greetings forum members! I have joined the 700p forum today and hope that someone can help me with a problem I am having with pictures on my 700p.

I have taken a number of pictures with my 700p which are automatically stored on an SD card. I would like to email some of these pictures to my home computer's email account. When I enter my email address and attach the pics to an email to send there I get a Versamail error message which says the server did not recognize my username and or password. Please check and try again.

What is the problem here? BTW I do not have Sprint Picture Mail.

I can't say for sure what the problem might be there, but I'll tell you that if you have an SD card reader you can copy the pictures off to your PC that way.

In the process of selling my 650s. It hurts but at least they'll be getting used.

Have you ever received e-mail? Who is your e-mail provider and do they support pop3, IMAP, etc? The issue could be on your e-mail providers end. For example, with hotmail, you have to pay for the premium service to have pop access. If not, no dice on your outgoing mail.
