I have the Treo 700p and it shuts off after its done ringing. - Treo Forum

If I have the factory ring tones. I am fine. If I have use any downloaded ones, it will shut down and re-boot after the call goes to voice mail. Can someone tell me how to fix it or if I need a update how2 do that?

Not sure, how do I tell. I did dl them. Well, how the site works is, you use the song you have and it sends it to your phone.
