What a joke. Someone please get this and post it for us. Like everyone has time to waste inside a Verizon store waiting for them to hose your phone

Edit: On second thought, and after reading some other blogs about the update, it appears to have introduced new problems that never should have left QA.

I think it's game over for Palm, at least as far as I am concerned. I was sticking with my 700p for a few reasons (palm 3rd party apps, etc) but it seems pretty clear that's no longer a wise choice. They, and Verizon, have lost my trust. It's time to take my business elsewhere.

iPhone anyone?

I liked the 680 when I had it. Had none of the problems I've heard mentioned by the 700p users. But I really like my 750. Depending on what you do with your device the iPhone may be the device for you. I like the tactile keyboard, the expandable memory, the user replaceable battery, and the software on the Treo, none of these things are available on the iPhone.

I'll never go back to Verizon, unless work is paying. Their prices, and crippling of features so they can charge you more, are absolutely ridiculous.

I installed the update with no issues. I haven't had any issues with my 700P. If I was to win an iphone in a drawing, I would sell to the biggest !d!0t and get me a second TREO, maybe a 755P. I am not saying they are perfect, but they work for me.
