Palm Treo 700p MR available again 6/21/2007 - Treo Forum

Here's the scoop from the Palm Blog:

Sprint 700p MR Available

The SD card updater has been reposted to the Palm site - installation details can be found here. We are working to resolve the installation issue with the desktop updater and will make it available as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Verizon Wireless users, we will make the 700p MR available as soon as we can.

So..... where in th is the update for the Verizon 700p? We're only what, 2 months late from the original 1 year update? O.o

Well I guess I'm already used to having to rebuild my phone every few days. Palm should call it a security feature.

i ran the 1.10 updater without problem. its been 2 weeks, and so far, the phone app is somewhat less slow, as in ending a call, etc, but still not as fast as my 650 used to be. a modest improvement for the biggest issue i had with the original version.

it seems like it is slower-- really slow-- though, when i am leaving the web app for any other app. otherwise, the modifications are incremental. the fade in phone ring volume is a minor improvement. what has the experience been with other folks?
