| I made my first post! ![]() | 700P Versamail vibrate alert - won't turn off I use Versamail 3.5.1 on my 700P. Even tho I have it set for "push", it doesn't which is fine because I don't mind asking Versamail to collect recent email. However, evey time a new email lands on my email server (and, since I do not get push email, the email does NOT land on my 700P), the 700P vibrates to alert me. This is annoying...I think it is a call and grab for the phone only to discover that it is NOT a call but only some non-urgent or spam or joke email. I went into Versamail/Options/Preferences/Alerts and unchecked both alert selections...which should turn OFF any email alerts. But the 700P STILL vibrates when an email arrives. How do you turn this alert "feature" OFF!!!?
