Thanks again, if all else fails I will have to live with the sync to work PC and keep regular backup on the Treo. Some of this stuff takes a long time to try and sort out.

Thanks I'll keep plugging away but at least I have Calendar and Contacts updated on work PC and on the 680. I also do regular backups on the Treo.
