 | Email is overloading my memory space Hello. I have deleted all my email messages and deleted my versamail account. Yet when i look at Info section, I show >58MB of email. Does anybody have any advice? thanks KR |

| Check to make sure the trash is emptying the messages you delete from your inbox. You can set it to auto-empty or you can just be sure and purge them yourself. Set up auto-empty by going to email then: Menu >Options >Preferences >Deletion >check "Auto-Empty" then select how often from the drop-down ( Immediately, older than 1 day, etc.)

| thanks JG, trash is empty. btw, i also did a hard reset. the memory was empty at that point. then i synched w my outlook. Memory was maxed out. I deleted all email, inbox, outbox, drafts and emptied the trash. this gained me a MB or two but i am still maxed out and Info shows email is at more than 58MB. this sounds very strange. Any thoughts? regards, KR |

|  Thanks again JG. I gave it all another try. Actually three more tries, exactly as you suggested.  It worked on the third try (well, the fourth, to be correct). I can't imagine what was different that time but many thanks for the assistance.KR |

| That is odd - but, like our PC's I'm conviced anything with a chip has a mind of it's own! Glad all is well now. Oh, and welcome to the forum!
