Sometimes it takes a little while to get a reply. I, for one, have never had to set up a phone to work on TMobile, so I don't have any experience it this particular issue.

That said, what settings do you have to use? Have you set up a network connection at all?

Seems like that sould work, the settings should be the same even though it's a different Treo model.

I’m also experiencing the same problem with my Unlocked 680 with T-Mobile total internet service. I reviewed the old thread posted by Forgot and attempted to following the setup instructions set forth. Unfortunately, it’s a bit difficult to follow since it refers to the settings found on the Treo 750v (Vodafone Version). I have contacted T-Mobile again with hopes that one of the upper levels will respond to my query. Until then, if someone can suggest a fix I would be most grateful. The Network settings on my Treo 680 are as follows:

1) Message center number +12063130004
2) Email center number is 500
3) MMS gateway address is 216.155.165.050:8080
4) MMS URL is http://216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
5) Network Profile is: T-Mobile Internet

Cheers

T-Mobile MMS Problem Solved

Problem solved thanks to a very nice T-Mobile Level 3 Tech Support person. As it turns out all I had to do was change the MMS gateway address to 216.155.165.50 and the Network Profile to T-Zones all other settings remained the same. You should also change the main network setting to T-Zones as well.

Hope this helps!

Cheers!
