Seidio 2400 mAH Battery & Palm Cradle ??? - Treo Forum

Hello Treonauts
I am new here and this is my first post !

Not sure if placing correctly but "search" gave me NO result !!

Using a Treo 680 with Palm's original cradle I am considering a more powerful battery and
thought of Seidio's 2400 mAH with its bigger cover !?

The cradle holds the normal Treo !
The extended battery covered Treo doesn't fit !!

My question:
Does Seidio's 2400 mAH battery fit into the flap drawer of Palm's cradle ???
And does it charge correctly ??
Tested ?

My intention:
At home I am using the small original battery while the bigger one is charging !
Going out I am charging the small one !!

Your assistance and suggestions are hot awaited !

I found that I need to utilize the charge/sync cord (after market) when I have my extended battery on my Treo; it doesn't otherwise fit on a standard cradle.
