680 will not sync Contacts with Outlook - Treo Forum

Hello,

I wrote earlier about this problem. I am now trying to sync on a computer with XP instead of Vista and 2003 instead of Office 2007. However, same problem. I can sync memos, calendar and tasks, but contacts will not sync.

this is the error message, not help from Palm website:
OLERR:02-0016
OLERR:02-000D
OLERR:0D-000E
OLERR:02-0018
OLERR:0D-0004
OLERR:0D-0001
- Recovery Sync
Outlook Contacts synchronization failed

I dont remember back to my 650 days much but maybe its still soemthing to do with your setings for hot synch click on the hot sync and custom on conduits. Maybe someone who still using palm os treo can help you out. Google the error coddes and see what comes up. That may help pinpoint the problem
