Make my unlocked Cingular treo 680 look like a Rogers phone?

I just purchased a used, unlocked Cingular Treo 680 that I'm using up in Canada on the Rogers network. I'm wondering two things.

1. Can I make all the logos and apps etc in the phone look jus like a rogers phone would when you first get it? I'm thinking maybe i can sync with someone elses phone somehow.

2. Should I install the cingular update or will that kill my unlockedness? (is that a word).

Really the only way to do that would be to flash your 680 with the Rogers firmware, which would be risky even if you could get the required files.

Thanks for the reply. What is the risk associated with this? Is there really any benefit?

Replacing the firmware on a device is risky because you could end up with it bricked i.e. non functional. All you're doing is removing one carriers branding and replacing it with anothers
