Obtained Unlock code but doesn't work? - Treo Forum

I entered my unlock code and the phone says it's unlocked but when i stick a T-Mobile SIM in the phone it pops up and tells me that I can not use that SIM with the phone????

Anyone have any ideas or seen this?

I did the ROM update the day it came out.

I am mobile so can't really search the forum. But forgot had a thread were he went to Honduras and had an issue similiar. something about putting in sim and then entering code. However, search the forum and see what they really said.

Sorry I can't really help but mobile is......mobile.

Actually I called PALM and they actually told me to insert the T-Mobile SIM and enter the unlock code again. Seems to have worked so all is good for now. I'll update with what happens when I put in a SIM from over seas....

Yeah I think that was jist of the fix on that thread, put in sim enter code. Well glad it helped.
