Unknown Caller Problem - Treo Forum

I have certain phone numbers in my directory that my treo recognizes with a name and picture for outgoing calls but only as "unknown caller" for incoming calls. It's not as though the caller ID isn't functioning. I can't figure out what's wrong... Anyone else encountered this?

Is the number the Treo's reporting as being from exactly the same as you have it in your phone book?
