how to transferPalm data to Mac iCal & address book - Treo Forum

I love my 680! 1,500 addresses,700 memos, 2,500 filemaker mobile files, Zagat, etc. etc. I think I can safely say I truly use it al day long (except for its battery limitations, particularly when phoning through Bluetooth!)...

But i am also VERY fond of my Macs, they work smoothly, internet, iPhoto, iTune, filemaker, Office...

They also sync well together Through Palm desktop...

So what more would I need?

Well, I'd like to export my calendar (all of it!!) to iCal and all my addresses to the Mac Address Book program...

Does anyone know how to do that?

Yes, you can do it. I sync my Treo 680 with my Mac. Once you get it set up, it's easy. Start on the Apple website and do a search - while I am sorry I can't give you step by step instructions, I can say it works.

One word of advice, sync to only one computer. Do not try to sync with a work computer and another at home. Pick one, and stick with it. What I do is use my .mac account to sync my home computer with my work computer, then only sync my Treo at home.

It works.

Hi!

Did you ever sync it to your entourage? I'm having a problem with this. Hope you were able to sync it to your ical and address book already. i dont use the palm desktop because i'd rather use the microsoft entourage because this is what i use to send my emails. Thanks
