another random reset question - Treo Forum

I've read a lot about the random resets that people experience on treos. I haven't had my 680 long, and have had a few resets. I learned last night how to check the log - here's my error from yesterday that happened when my 680 reset while I was on a call.

"A reset was caused on 5/9/07 at 10:00 pm while running "Phone". Emul68KMain.c, Line:456, line 1111
Exception at 73292AF4

I was on the phone via TakePhone...up until now I've had no problems. Any ideas? Could the palm phone app be conflicting with the Takephone app? I did a search on this message and found some links regarding the palm Tungsten series and conflicts with the find feature and docs to go - but nothing about a phone app.

Do you get this same error every time? Do you have the most current version installed?

Hi forgot - thanks for responding.

I do have the most recent version of Takephone installed. Knock on wood, I haven't had another reset yet. I installed reset doctor last night so I can get more info in case it does happen again. I don't have info on the previous resets because I didn't know how to check them at that point
