680 versus 750 - Treo Forum

I currently have a 650 from Verizon. I'm not a fan of Verizon customer service and am looking to upgrade my phone to either a 680 or 750. I'm comfortable with the Palm OS and use Documents to Go.

My question is for those that have a 680, is it a noticeable upgrade from the 650 in internet speed and emails? Is there a big advantage to switch to a Microsoft operating system since I use Outlook in my daily business? Is there a difference in how I get my emails with between the 750 and 680 due to the operating systems? I'm not a big fan of the Verizon email system since emails that I kill off my phone end up on my computer.

I'm looking for a phone that I can transition in easily and be an upgrade to my 650.

Your asking questions that only you can answer for yourself.

Is the 680 better than the 650. Well, based on stability alone I'd say yes although I like it for many more reasons.

Palm is outlook compatible.

As for the rest, Palm versus windows. Changing to a different provider. Verizon email not allowing your palm to delete. These are all things you need to decide for yourself.
