Random Ringer Volume resetting

My Treo 680 is about a week old and so far so good BUT every now and then the ring volume resets itself to level 0, phone still vibrates etc but no ring A simple adjustment with the side keys fixes it.....until the next time

Has anyone else experienced this ?

one of those apps may be causing a problem. i'd do a hard reset and reinstall one app at a time to see which one is the culprit. brute force method always worked best for me.

Make sure in the setting portion of your phone (HOME - PREF - Sounds & Alerts - Ring Tones [under the pulldown]) that you have the ringer volume set properly. If you have this set for vib only it will always default back to that even after messing with the side keys.

Ringo and mRing will sporatically reset your volume to zero. Very frustrating when you've missed called because the volume is set to zero! However, mRing 4.0.2 seems to fix this problem.
