680 Problem Saving EMail Addresses

I have had my treo 680 for a couple of weeks. My question is how and where do i save my email addresses? I have searched for this question before but i can't seem to find it. I use my treo for communicating while i am at work with friends and family. I can't remember everyone's email address so i need a way to store them and hopefully be able to call them up some way. Is there any personal email software that will disconnect after it retrieves your email at a set increment? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Set up a contact for each of the people you wish to email. In it you will find a place to put their email address (among many other bits of contact information). Now when you begin to type their name in Versamail (the included mail applicaition on your 680) the contact will show up, and you can pick the appropriate email address. Versamail can also be set to fetch your email as often as you like (as often as every 5 minutes if you choose), but will not directly disconnect from the data network.
