Dialing Phone Number within Email - Treo Forum

I'm using Snapper as my email application and when I select a phone number that is embedded within a message to dial I get an error message that the device couldn't dial the phone number. I have to actually go to the phone application and physically enter the number in order to call.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a setting that I am missing in order for this to work? This worked fine for me on my old 650.

I have the same problem, Treo 680 and snapper 2.3.7.01, also used to work with 650.

Is the number highlighted?

Works in my version of Chatteremail. But as forgot mentioned, is the number highlighted?

The number is highlighted in Snapper Mail yes. I wrote to SnapperMail support and they mentioned they were aware of the problem and working on it, but did not commit to a time frame for a fix. Under their guidance I have downloaded "TakePhone 7.0 beta" and I can dial number directly from e-mail in snapper now.
