| A Few Questions.... ![]() | Battery Question...Sort of I had battery issues like many others but after downloading battery graph and following the instructions on here about draining the battery etc this seems to have solved the problem. Thanks. My 680 interfers with my bedside clock radio when it communicates via the web. At night this sometimes wakes me up. I have turned off bluetooth, manually disconnected from the internet etc. Who and what is the phone connecting with and how do I stop it? |

![]() ![]() | that's a general thing with gsm phones (or at least every one i've ever owned). the interference comes from the phone communicating with the cell towers nearby. helps if you turn the phone off at night, or at least move it away from other electronic devices. |

![]() | It's actually a known fact that GSM radios can be detected via any speaker. It's actually one troubleshooting technique you can use to see if your radio is at least transmitting (in your phone). Just hold it near a speaker and if it is running, it'll make that noise you've heard. There is nothing that can really be done about it. Save for moving the phone a few good feet away from the alarm clock. |
