5-10 sec camera lag? - Treo Forum

Anyone else experience this? I've added the camera patch.

The camera came up and was ready to shoot almost immediately on my old 600.

On the 680, it takes about 5-10 seconds...about a few seconds for the camera control panel to show up, then the preview screen is black for several seconds, and then I can finally shoot. So much for catching a shot of something quickly.

BTW this is a Rogers (Canada) Treo 680.

Haven't noticed anything like that with mine (also from Rogers).

A soft reset seems to have helped immensely.

i get the delay

and the reboot doesnt do anything
