Wrong Thread ??? - Treo Forum

I think I posted this question in the wrong thread so will post it again here. I have a new 680 and am looking for a voicedial software application that will work with my bluetooth headset. Any recommendations. Thanks

Mike, I'm certainly no expert on the Treo, as I'm still learning alot myself. I want the same thing you do. I purchased and currently use Voice Dial, which I love. It's the best one I've found. However, it doesn't work on the bluetooth device(s). It's my understanding this is not a voice dial software issue, but rather a bluetooth implementation issue with the Treo. According to "sources" (this forum and others), Treo is coming out with a bluetooth software upgrade sometime during the first quarter of this year. I am very hopeful they will change the bluethooth implementation to be like other phone manufacturers and let the voice commands come through the bluetooth device. This is one of the most important features on a phone (for me). Maybe someone more knowledgeable about this issue can provide more information.
