Blazer does not work suddenly - Treo Forum

I have been visiting this website since I got my Treo 680 in November (the first day it went on sale, in fact). After over a month, I finally have a question I can't find the answer to on this site.

I have been successfully using the Blazer for a few weeks and suddenly it will not open web pages. My initial view when I open the program is the bookmarks, and that works. Once I try to go to ANY website, it wants do download the "undef_" file and asks where I want it to save it to (device or card). Neither choice works and choosing "no" to the question "do you want to download?" doesn't work either.

I thought maybe I should reinstall the software but can't find any help with that either (it's not on my Palm CD or anywhere on the internet).

I got frustrated & downloaded a free trial of Xiino (which works) but I was pretty happy with Blazer (and it's free) so I'd rather get that working, I think (anyless anyone feels very strongly about Blazer and can convince me it's worth paying for).

Any thoughts??? Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you tried clearing the cache under Preferences, Advanced ?

Thanks for your reply. To answer your question, yes, I cleared the cache & the cookies & went through every preference I could find.

Needless to say, on my way home, I had a "duh" moment. I did what I should have done FIRST... I did a soft reset. It worked perfectly.

So, all's well & I'm extremely happy with my Treo again.
