| A Few Questions.... ![]() | Hi, Last night I copied a 22Mb video file onto my new 680 using hotsync (dragged the file onto the Quick Install icon). Now - I can't see the file on my device, but my device is full. FileZ doesn't show me any files bigger than 2Mb (and definitely doesn't show the 22Mb video) but FileZ does tell me I have 1Mb of 32Mb free. I pulled the battery out in case that sorted it out, but no. So now I have no free memory on my treo, and no way that I can see to delete the 22Mb file. Any ideas? thanks, Richard |

![]() | rjhall ... I had a similar experience and discovered the file ended up in the pics and video application. If that is the same for your situation, you can choose to view all and the one with the white box with the little x in the center will be the video. You can select and delete it from there. The only way I could get videos to NOT go into that application was to use a program like Card Export II to move them. Hope this helps you. |

| A Few Questions.... ![]() | Brandon - no joy with Fileprog. Good looking app, though - I'll hang on to it. Maris, that's fantastic. I don't know why i didn't look there (apart from being full of seasonal merriment) - but there it is, all 35.2Mb of it. It seems bizarre to me that apps->delete nor fileZ nor fileprog would show the file - but now I can watch (and presumably delete) that big file. thanks a bunch! richard |

![]() | Glad to have helped. As a new user of a Treo (almost 3 weeks now) I don't know too much about them except what NOT to do. Let me know if you actually can watch it from there. I couldn't do that because that program told me it (.mp3) was an incompatible or unknown file type. Once I deleted it from inside that program and moved it to my SD card with Card Export II, I had not problem with MM Player playing it. Is pics and Video program just for the camera stuff, then? |

![]() | Hi rjhall Since you invested lot of money in treo 680 please invest in a SD Card atleast 1 GB and put all your multimedia stuff there and in that way you can keep your internal memory free. And believe me it is a good investment. One thing more, you can try Card Reader (I am using it and love this small little program) or Card Export (never used), as suggested my maris, to handle stuff on your card. Regards. Harjinder
