680 Probelm with Stowaway Bluetooth Keyboard - Treo Forum

I've followed ALL the online directions I can see and can get the keyboard working, but not in 'secure' mode. When trying to set up secure mode, I can enter my code (in my case I'm using the numbers 1111) into the treo but not into the keyboard itself. I hold down the blue Fn (left Fn) key, presss '1111' (q key 4 times) and then let go of the Fn key and press "Enter." I've also tried pressing 'enter' while still holding the blue Fn key. Either way, the Treo driver begins searching again and then said it failed. By the way, it is the thin model of the keyboard.

I bought it here at the Treonauts Store, which indicated that it IS for the 680.

Help!?!

You have all the new drivers installed correct? If not you can find them here. You say not in "secure" mode. Can you get it working at all?

Thanks for writing about this. I gave up and haven't come back to this site till now. Now IGO says they're just testing the 680. I can sometimes get the keyboard to work in non-secure mode, but the driver often crashes my Treo.

So, after buying this at the Treonaut Store at a price higher than some of the online discount retailers, I'm quite disappointed that it may not even have an acceptable driver till Feburary or March, which apparently is what IGo is saying now.
