Help with unlock - Treo Forum

I dropped my 650 and had to buy a new one "quickly" in the Dominican Republic almost two years ago. I used it for about a month while I was there then returned to S. America. I would like to use it but need to unlock it. I think it is tied to Verizon (but can't remember for sure). It has been sitting in my closet for all of that time and is like new. I doesn't have a sim chip... at least it isn't visible like my old phone. Any suggestions?

No SIM means it's a CDMA phone and so unlocking isn't possible. The phone could be re-registered but only with Verizon.
