![]() | help and advise needed Hello all I'm new to this. but I purchased a verizon palm 650 from a buddy of mine and i want to change the service to sprint who i have been a customer for the last 4 years. i really like this phone. but sprint is telling me that the esn # is not valid and verizon is telling me that sprint has to changed the service. my ? is, is there a way to change or unlock the esn/ dec # to the phone??????? |

![]() ![]() ![]() | I don't believe that they will change it for you. Once branded to that CDMA network, you are stuck with that network. (CDMA is the technology used by Sprint and Verizon on their phones.) If you had a GSM phone (Technology used by AT&T or T Mobile) then you would be able to take it to a different carrier. |
