Sprint Treos, you have to enter ##377 and then the Dial button. The #* is for GSM phones. And Verizon phones is #*#.

I found the problem app. It was KeyguardTime+. Deleted the app and no more resets.

my wife (treo 650) began having the reset problem yesterday (sunday) afternoon. I put versamail on her phone friday afternoon, but the phone worked about 2 days before the problem started. just in case, I deleted versamail last night but the problem persists.

her last error message was...

Memory Mgr.c,
Line:3732, NULL handle

any ideas?

VersaMail has caused a few problems for people.

When you uninstalled it did you use an uninstall manager?

Quite often small pieces of an application are left behind.

Did you do a hotsync after you uninstalled it?

Go into Hotsync manager and get it to over ride your Treo.

First though I'd double check that there's nothing in the backup folder belonging to versamail.

Then, in your System Tray right click on the Hotsync Icon, then click custom, highlight versa mail and then click "Do Nothing", click OK.

Scroll down to "Backup" highlight it and click change, next tick desktop over rides hand held, tick set as default then click ok.

Hotsync and check your Treo's running ok and that there isn't any remanents of versamail.

Reverse the above process after you've hotsynced so that "handheld over rides desktop".

thanks. I'll try that tonight.

it sounds more and more like versamail since my wife added the small detail that it happens on the hour and on the half hour. I had it set up to sync ever 30 minutes.

finally got around to trying it tonight. didn't work. still resets every half hour. what next? total rebuild?
