Is there ant free app to Sync with Notes? I mean there is one for Outlook/Exchange... why wouldnt there be one for Notes?

Not that I know of.

To counter your question, why should there be

Obviously Outlook is far more popular so people feel compelled to support it, Lotus Notes has a much smaller user base so developers are less likely to devote time writing software for it. It's the same for other collaboration suites such as Novell GroupWise.
