My Treo 650 Halt, Stops The Processing, Please Help

My Treo 650 Is Doing A Strange Behavior.

When I'm Using It, Its Stop Its Processing, The Treo Freeze In A Windows, The Keyboard Doesnt Work.
Sometimes The Thouch Screen Still Working, But Even It Stop To Work Either.
So, I Do A Reset In The Back With The Pencil, And It Comeback To Work, But Only For A Few Moments.

I Note That It Stop Many Times In The Card Applications.

The Other Observation Is I Remove The Voice Dial Application, I Del The File Application. This Application Expires So Before This The Cell Is Becoming Without Sound. I Del The Voice Dial, And Now Its Halt. This Can Be Related To This New Problem ?
