![]() | Hmmm. Am new to treo, recently got a used 650 in good shape (love it!). The guy only used for phone and email - it had never been synced. It was manufactured in 6-2006. I previously a T/X user. 650 did not come with a CD so I just thought 'what the heck' and synced with the T/X info. It worked and I don't really mind. The software thinks the treo is a T/X but everything is working fine. 1. Did I mess up? Should I start over and download a 650 install from Palm? I have the Treo650-1b. 17-CNG update (harware B) in there. I have 2.8M free of 23.7M 2. Should I delete Addit (T/X version) and get good? - they seem useless. 3. docs to go didn't transfer, but there are a couple of docs showing 0M on the info screen, so that didn't transfer. Is docs to go a hog? |

![]() ![]() | yeah, i'd hard reset and find a 650 install cd before you do anything else. you've transferred your tx stuff onto your treo, which can potentially be bad. dtg is a memory hog, especially on the 650. use powerrun, discussed in several threads in the 650 forum, to move it to an external card and free up some memory. i never use addit or good, so it's up to you. |

![]() | thank you! I will look on Palm for a 650 install download and follow your advice. whew, sounds tedious, but worthwhile. Will try and find powerun. Can I google it? |
