650 Freezes on some incoming calls - Treo Forum

Hello everybody

recently on some incoming calls about 1 of 10 times my phone wont ring it will just vibrate and blank is calling answer or ignore is on the screen but i cant answer it or do anything it just freezes there cant switch the menus or answer it , it will keep it on that screen and keep vibrating until i take my battery out,

has anybody else had these issues?

it also resets when people call sometimes

Could be a corruption in your address book, there's a free utility to check the DB files but I can't find the link for it

im trying to update the rom but it wont let me put the updater file on my palm, says its not compatible = (

Did you try a Soft or Warm reset? Soft and Warm resets can cure most of the 'quirks' us Treo owners deal with.
