 | I just wanted to say thanks for all the input!!! I think I will try to get some kind of resolution when canceling my wife's service. If they won't do anything, then we will make the switch to AT&T. Are there any drawbacks to signing up through one of the online companies offering major rebates on phones like Wirefly? Thanks again!
