Will a hard reset wipe out ROM hacks? - Treo Forum

I need to do a hard reset to my 650 and I am wondering if it will wipe out the ROM hacks I have done to it (removed some apps and enabled it to accept my 8gb sd card (sees it as 4gb, 4gb free for other files.)

Also, can someone recommend a good browser? Blazer is meh. I want to try something new.

Nope, ROM is Read Only Memory, and isn't touched by a hard reset.

Hard reset (and hopefully a fix for my crashing) here I come.

Thanks for the clarification. I should have remembered ROM vs. RAM, but the last thing I need is to lose my ability to read my SD card.
