Internal and sd card files

Guys (Newbie),

1. Could someone please tell me the files that need to stay in RAM/ROM and which files I can place on the SD card and still have those programs work using Zlauncher, or recommended launcher?

2. Is there a user manual for Zlauncher floating around out there? The site link is no longer functional. Does anyone have it saved as a PDF?

3. What directory are files placed in on sd cards so that Zlauncher can utilize/see those files for use?

4. Where can I go to learn more about files/extentions that are commonly used in the Treo Palm Family, so I am not force to waste time asking rookie questions.

Hi The Closer.

1 - I think almost any file or program can be loaded from the SD card. In some cases, when you install a software on the SD card, it doesn't work, so you have to place it in the RAM. In most cases, the software documentation gives you this information - when not, just try it on. To tell the truth, I'm mostly guessing here, but my experience taught me that. I do not have a technical explanation though.

2 - I've uploaded to my server a copy of the ZLauncher 5.32 Manual that I have. Just extract to a folder and read it - all files have to remain in the same folder structure so, do not move them individually.

3 - ZLauncher will read all contents of your card when you use the option 'rebuild shortcuts' (or something of this sort, I can't remember now).

4 - Just google the extension (tip: use the advanced search, and type the dot: '.PRC' on the 'with the exact phrase' field), and you will find several sources of information on the Web.
