Sms Ghost Message In Treo 650 - Treo Forum

I am unable to receive SMS messages in my TREO 650 because when somebody sends me a message the device makes a soft reset and aftterwards no message appears. In sent folder I see a ghost message that I cannot delete or purge.
How this could be solved???

I hate to say, but you may have to do a hard reset. Make sure you hotsync your phone before and create a back before you do. There may be a corrupt file.
