blackberry connect for unlocked 650 - Treo Forum

I was going to download the Blackberry connect for the 650 but it only refers to Cingular system. I'm in China, using China Mobile, and don't know if the Palm download for the Blackberry connect will work without having Cingular as the provider. Anybody know the answer?

BBConnect is only supported through the Cingular network.

I rolled the dice, tried it, and it was sucessful. I down loaded the BB connect for Cingular from the Palm site, for $9.99. It installed on my Treo 650 and my desk top. After China Mobile was notified, it connected and now my email is coming in to "Email" formerly Versamail, on my Treo. I have gladly given back my Blackberry and now down to one tool rather than two.
