Best FREE or lowcost mp3 ringtone software - Treo Forum

looking to assign some of my mp3's as ringtones...any suggestions on the best free or low cost software?

you can use minitones to import mp3's as ringtones. i use ringo pro on my 650 and i have never had a problem with it. i mean never. take a look at both, decide after you try each out. you might try a yahoo or google of your issue as well. might find something else you like.

I remember that while using Ringo Pro I could not silence the ringer and send the called to voicemail by pressing the "volume down" button on the side of the phone, like you can with the midi ring tones. I'm not sure which version I had, but I stopped using it because of that flaw. Have they resolved it in the later versions? Thanks for the info.

i have never heard of that feature, and never had need for it. i am the wrong person to ask. anyone else have any experience with that?

I am using ringo pro too and as Brandon said I never ever have a problem with this. Normally what I do is if someone call me, I just click the ignore call button to keep the ringer down or if I am in a meeting and don't want sound at all, I just turn my phone to silent mode.
