the other week i couldnt use hotmail on my phone anymore. it keeps stating that i can not access the site.

before last week i was able to access the hotmail site and check my emails. what happend? is there a way around this?

Are you accessing via Blazer?

i dont know what that is but all i am doing is going to web and logging on the normal way. then i just type Sign In

Blazer is the web application that you use. Try going Options>Preferences and then look under both your General and Advanced tabs. Make sure that you have cookies and Javascript enabled under General, and clear your cookies and cache under the Advanced tab. After you do that try logging in again and let us know.

well initially i didnt change any of those features ever since i was able to use hotmail till i was not able to use hotmail.

what i did observe.

i have a freind and she just recently purchased a treo 680. right from the get-go she was not able to access into the hotmail site. it was wierd but i told her it might be because she is now using verizon's network and that i had sprint. about 1 week later, of course i was always able to access hotmail.com on my cell, i was now unable to access hotmail.com like her phone. i tried to play with the options and features on my phone but now more worky.
