Accidently Deleted something?

I was on the home screen and went to app delete. I didn't pay attention and I then clicked on the first thing and deleted it.

What it the first thing on your app delete screen?
Is it important and if so, how can I get it back.

When I receive a call now, the touch screen was not registering on the first touch, I don't know if this has anything to do with what I deleted?

I'm new to the Treo family and love my 650.

first, take a deep breath. now, the first thing on my delete app screen is -3_Reinitialize, a 14k app. try a hard reset, outlined in the forums. search for 650 hard reset and follow the instructions exactly. if this doesn't work, post back and describe in detail what's happening.
