Treo 650, Bluetooth, and Howdy y'all!

Hi, my name is Carlos and I've had a Treo 650 for about a month. Watching other people use it I was fascinated and since my Cingular contract had expired and my firm was offering Treos, I went for it. I fell into disappointment with it pretty quick but it's growing on me. The fact that it has replaced three devices I personally carry around helps.

I have a Belkin F8T013 Bluetooth adapter. I installed the CD, plugged it into the USB port of my notebook and started playing. I was able to Bluetooth to my wife's Motorola RAZR and copy files back and forth within minutes. With the Treo (and the Palm T|X it replaced) I cannot send a file from Media to my notebook. The only message I get is "Unable to send to <notebook name>. I do seem to be able to send a file from my notebook to the T|X and to the Treo. Any thoughts on what I could check to remedy this?

Will it not let you send anything to your notebook (ie BT hotsync) or just stuff from media?

Thanks for the reply. I've only tried sending from Media as I don't have Palm software installed on my notebook.

From Media, I select what I want to send. Then I click "Media" from the menu bar then select "send". From the "Send with" menu I select "Bluetooth" and click Ok. From the "Select one or more devices" dialog I select my notebook from the choices and click Ok. I get the Bluetooth Progress dialog and then it says "Unable to send to <notebook> name".

I can send to my Palm T|X and to my wife's RAZR with no problem and the notebook can send fine to the Treo, so I'm missing something.
