| I made my first post!  | Hi, any help would be great So Recently bought a second hand treo 600...however my ringer seems to be broken. Talking on calls still works fine, and all sounds work with the headpiece plugged in, but otherwise nothing. Had a look around, found a similar problem with the 650, does anyone know of the solution for the 600? Tried volumecare bypass, but doesnt seem to do anything - maybe im doing it wrong though... |

    | Can you hear people on the other end with out a headset? If so, it's likely the only external speaker has blown.

| Do you get any sound from the extrenal speaker? ? do you? if so you probably have a corrupted ringtone file

| or its the headjack problem where the plug thinks the headjack is still plugged in theres a thread or two about it in th e650 forum I'm sure. |
