versamail 3.5.1 won't launch - Treo Forum

hi gang,
i'm a new member. i thought i had these things mastered until this week. i support treos at work. this week we switched from using our own pop3 mail/calendar server to the company wide exchange server. now all of our treo users need to change the way they sync.

using a treo 600, i'm trying to test it with syncing using versamail. i've installed the versamail app and i see it in the app list. however when i select it, the screen flashes and it goes back to the app list. i've searched and i don't see anything that states that this version of versamail, 3.5.1, is not compatible with the treo 600.

i've installed the app, filez, and don't see anything that stands out as being strange with the app's attributes.

any suggestions?

Have you tried the support page on the Palm website?
