Mac, Treo 600, and nothing works - Treo Forum

Okay, so heres where we are at. I bought a treo 600 on ebay because someone told me it was a good idea.

I love the feel of it, the way it works as a phone and what not.

But my life is in my powerbook, and I cannot get my treo to sync my calendar or contacts.

If you can start me at the beginning. Assume I know nothing.

The Missing Sync is a third party program which allows you to sync your Treo with a Mac, most Mac users use this

So there is no more direct sync between mac and palm os? Why would I want this device then?

Isn't that what Missing Sync does

The only smartphone which has full native support for the Mac is Apple's new iPhone but that costs a fortune and isn't out yet.

I just thought I could do this cleanly straight away, like a Palm PDA does.
