 | External Internet Connection Hello everybody, I'm searching for a mode to connect my Treo 500v to an external phone via bluetooth to use its internet connection. Why ? Because on Treo (that have WM6) I would use my first sim card BUT when I connect to internet I would use the sim card that I have into another cellphone (there I have a flat access to internet)... The second cellphone is a LG KF310 with Bluetooth ... I think that I need a way to setup a Connection with an external modem, but I cannot find any tool to do this. Can somebody help me ? | If they both have bluetooth you just need to paid them somehow. When you have bluetooth turned on on both phones do they see each other? |

| Hi Jfa02, yes, I have turned bluetooth ON and done the pairs from the Treo. Now in the bluetooth list of device I have my headset and the LG KF310. I have also tried to assign a com port to it, succesfully. The *real* problem for me is how to setup the Treo to use the BT connection (the modem on the port COM6) to access the internet instead of opening a connection using the internal radio modem .... I don't find any screen to do this. I'm searcing for something like the one on PocketPC 2003 where you can modify "Internet", "Office"... and add a GPRS connection on a specified modem ... Any idea ? Do I need an external additional piece of software ?  Faber |

| Sorry spelling on the computer keyboard sometimes goes haywire. Try sending tazuk a member/moderator of the forums here a private message (PM) He owns a Vodaphone Treo 500 like you. He may be able to help you figure it out. If you will go to a post he has made and click on his name it will give you options one of which is send tazuk a PM. Click on that and it will take you to an email like box to compose a message to send yto him. he can then reply when he is able. |

 | You can do it the other way around but not the way you want  I think swapping SIM's is your only option.
