Now I do wish the back cover was designed as 'if it were' suppose to be removed often ... I'm concerned I'm going to break a tab or something every time a slide a fingernail around the opening (the way you are suppose to open the back cover). That said, it will be nice to have a second battery since I've been only making it til 2PM when traveling before needing to charge. | |

![]() | Try this...... Press the middle center button on the phone. Go to phone reset options. Locate the option partial erase two to three times. This will reset erase any music, photos, or video so back things up! ![]() ![]()

| A Few Questions.... ![]() | soft reset You can soft reset without opening battery case by doing the following: Hold down power button (top right corner). Slide the silent switch back and forth 3 times Release button and wait a sec and you should see Palm reset logo come on screen (takes a couple minutes to reboot, so be patient) |
