Non Camera treo in future? - Treo Forum

hi guys,

will there be a non camera version of Treo in future?

my workplace prohibits usage of camera phones and its a big headache trying to buy a smartphone w/o camera.

maybe we should start a petition (for all non camera phone seekers) to Palm for them to roll out 2 versions of every model, a camera and a non camera version.

There are non camera versions of existing models including the Treo 680. Which carrier are you with?

We have the same issue. As attorneys, many courtrooms don't allow cameras on phones but we need them to coordinate with the office, witnesses, etc.
They are getting hard to find. I have a contact at AT&T and can give you his info. The last two we got he had to get from a VAR who still had some left, so they are getting scarce. I don't check back here very often, so send an email to tabishop@hotmail.com if you want his contact info.

I have seen camera less 750's for sale on ebay as wel. I have a 750 with aa camera and as an atorney I have not experienced any problems with having a camera as opposed to not. My problems come from places where I cant even have a cell phone in a Courthouse.

There is a picture of a treo 680 (copper) with no camera that i found on google.
