![]() | upgrade to the 750? Ok I understand that the 755p from sprint is out. I use Cingular, and the 750 looks awesome, but I noticed the 755p had a better battery and processor in it. It also has a better screen res (320X320, but i think that's because win mobile doesn't handle 320 by 320 right?) comparison chart So what I'm wondering is, aren't the battery cases/phone housings the same for these phones? Would the 755p battery fit into the 750? If so would we be seeing 750's with the better battery? Maybe calling it a 750x or something like that? my 2nd question is: Any idea on when an Access Linux Treo (750L maybe) would be out, any rumors? Thanks, Matt **Edit** I've found this as well. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | All we know is that there is supposed to be a device running the new OS out sometime this year. We have 7 months left so........ That being said, rumors abound that the first device to do this will be Jeff Hawkins little secret thingy. He's supposed to drop some broader hints on what it is at the "D" conference at the end of the month (29-31).

![]() ![]() | Nothing on linux 750 the palm foleo is out with linux for what its worth. I am noit sure what the deal is the battery in the 755 will not work in the 750 so the battery connector may be different Seidio said that the thickness of the battery compartment is different in the 755 and 750 and the largest battery for the 750 is 1300 ma as opposed to standard 1200 ma. The 755 has higher capacity without going to the humpback whale battery cover which to me defeats the whole idea of slimmer case. Oh well. |
