![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hmm...well if you haven't added any third party apps, then there is a good chance that it is a hardware problem. I'm not sure how long you've had the phone, but you might be able to exchange it for another, given that its a problem with the phone. I assume its less than a year old so it should also be eligible for Palm's warranty. Sorry you're having problems with it.

![]() | Sorry about the previous post writing. but i did not read it over. the essential point is the frozen screen issue is haphazzard and usualy when the phone has not been in use for some time. I dont know if delay or freeze but it goes to missed call screen, and if i repeatly press the center button nothing happens (but sometimes after delays it goes through a sequence of screens) before going back to desktop. hope this helps. |

![]() | Sorry to bother you with this but kind of frustrated as systoms inconistent. sometimes after freeze, i can recall missed call, sometimes i have to perform a system soft reboot as phone hangs up. I just hope it is not a hardware problem as the unit is not registered as the box was left in Florida and i live in jamaica. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Do you have a GSM Treo? Check to see if the SIM card is not the culprit. Could be.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Get back to us as soon as you check the SIM. We would like to know if that was the cause of your angst.

![]() | Ok, I have tested just answering incoming calls by pressing the green send button for about one week now and this seems to have solved the problem. Hope this post has not jinxed it. the new gsm sim card did not solve the problem. thanks anyway for the interest shown. I has the same problem with my treo 680 so I think it is a manufact/design flaw. |

![]() | ...have seen this before. Sometimes it's a loose SIM in the Palm. Use some sticky tape on the non contact side of the SIM to make it thicker and thefore a "snugger" fit in the Palm and therefore makes a better connection. J. |
